The ULT RO 18,000 GPD Reverse Osmosis System is engineered for applications that require a reliable supply of purified water at a higher daily output. Its multi-stage purification process helps remove dissolved solids, particulates, and various waterborne impurities. Process Design & Operating Philosophy

The 18,000 GPD RO system operates on a multi-stage membrane separation process designed to maintain consistent output quality while managing variations in feedwater conditions. The filtration stages work together to reduce contaminants and protect the membranes from premature fouling.

The system is designed to operate efficiently, using controlled hydraulic balance across membrane stages to maintain stable performance.   • Stainless-steel welded structural frame

  • Schedule-80 UPVC low-pressure piping

Pretreatment & Integration Requirements
