Description

Process Design & Operating Philosophy

Raw seawater is pressurized using a high-pressure pump and directed through seawater RO membranes.
Dissolved salts are rejected at the membrane surface, producing permeate suitable for further use or post-treatment.

The system operates in automatic mode with continuous monitoring of pressure, flow, and conductivity.
Periodic flushing and chemical cleaning are incorporated to manage fouling and scaling risks.
