The 30,000 GPD Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) Plant is designed to treat groundwater and surface water sources containing high levels of dissolved salts. It delivers consistent permeate quality under variable feedwater salinity, making it suited for industrial, commercial, and municipal applications where a dependable water source is required.

Brackish water often exhibits fluctuations in TDS and mineral composition. These variations affect osmotic pressure, scaling potential, and membrane performance. The plant is engineered with stable flux design, controlled recovery, and durable mechanical components to ensure reliable long-term operation in demanding environments.

This system is ideal where municipal supply is insufficient, unavailable, or requires additional purification to meet process or potable water standards.

Process Design & Operating Philosophy

High-TDS brackish feedwater requires elevated operating pressure and proper hydraulic balancing. The system design incorporates:

Pretreatment & Integration Requirements
